I DID IT!

2012 Goal:  Make Homemade Rolls.

It may seem silly to you wonderful cooks out there, but for me it was not.  I have tried many times to make homemade rolls.  But each time my hopes of producing the perfect roll was diminished as the yeast did not bubble and the dough did not rise :(   You know it's time to try, again when two are asked to bring rolls to a party.  You bring store bought and the other person bring homemade.  At the end of the evening the bag of rolls you brought is now going home with you!

So on Sunday afternoon I got a wild hair and said " now is the time to try again".  I got on pinterest... searched for "rolls" and up popped several recipes.  This one caught my attention and the "adventure" began.

This was the outcome!  

Beautiful, yummy, delicious rolls!  

Now the question????

Can I do it again?

If not... at least I can say I did it once!
